Working on isolating each state from the main board. When users register there will be a main area to request access to the particular state.
Once the state has been added, the user will no longer see any discussions from other states.
This will cut down on the amount posts that can be misconstrued as forum spam that a particular user will see.

Access to voting has now been released to all users. You can now vote on topics or comments.
This voting system is the basis of moderation. After a certain number of negative votes the comment or discussion is then removed.
This will lighten the load in the future once a staff of moderators has been chosen for each non-private forum.
